Here is Rin on top of the fire cistern. He loved climbing onto it and jumping off again. In fact climbing onto things and then jumping off of them is his absolute favorite thing to do lately.

An Outing

This Sunday we took a nice long walk together, first to the park, then to the new Indian place in Kippy Mall and finally to the cell phone shop to pick up a new battery for Sho-chan. This is Rin getting ready to go.

It's Shorts Weather Again, Yeah!

Here is Rin in his Day-glo orange overall shorts. I was afraid they wouldn't fit him again this summer, but they're just a bit shorter. He's gotten quite a bit taller, but his waist size hasn't changed much.

Children's Day

This past Thursday was Children's Day and Rin had a great time!

He loves his children's day carp streamers and wanted to take them with him on our walk.

They kept dragging on the ground and getting into the stroller wheels though, so Daddy eventually confiscated them.
