We visited the Nishidas last week and Rin had an absolute blast with Nishida-san palying on the computer. He kept reducing and enlarging a picture of himself on the computer, laughing like a maniac the whole time. It was hi-larious!
Here is Rin at HMV this weekend, chillaxin' with the headphones on. He's listening to トイレの神様 (Toire no kamisama) The Goddess of the bathroom, which sounds horrible, but is really a sweet ballad about a little girl's love for her grandmother.
Here he is on our latest walk. His recent hobby is finding twigs and then crouching down to draw in the dirt with them. It's a trick he learned from Kou-chan.
Rin absolutely LOVES plastic baskets for some reason and always wants to touch them and play with them when we go out shopping. Here are two of his recent basket pics!
Here is Rin holding a stem of Neko-jarashi (also known as green foxtail). I picked it outside our neighbor, Mr. Kozu's house and Rin had a lot of fun playing with it. (Fun fact: Neko-jarashi means "cat-teaser", as this grass is the perfect shape to use as a cat-toy)
Rin amused himself to no end thew other night by playing peek-a-boo with the lid to one of our tupperware boxes. He squished it up against his face, then removed it to see my expression, laughing hysterically. It was the cutest thing EVAR!
